This program was developed working with numerous collegiate D1 All-American and professional 5k/10k runners and includes the following:

 

-20-week plyometric and lifting program.

-2 workouts/week.

-Each exercise is hyperlinked to a video of me demonstrating and coaching you through the movement.

-Weeks 13,14,15,16 use a sled, so find access to one.
