Meet The Team

Braden-Profile.png

Braden Goimarac

Braden serves as the Director of Strength and Conditioning for Track & Field and Cross
Country at Brigham Young University, where he has helped develop numerous team
and individual national champions alongside a host of All-Americans. In tandem with the
collegiate squad, he works with a team of professional marathoners and track athletes,
helping produce Olympians, Olympic medalists, national champions, and the fastest
marathoners in American history.

For too long, the world’s most elite runners’ training practices, and the science behind
them, have seemed beyond the reach of everyone else. Braden has made it a priority to
make this science digestible and its application intuitive. Now you, too, can train like the
best runners in the world.

first American in over a decade to win the NCAA title. Since turning professional in
2021, Mantz has rapidly ascended the global marathon ranks, winning the 2024 U.S.
Olympic Marathon Trials, placing 8th at the Paris Olympics, and consistently finishing as
a top American at the World Marathon Majors. In 2025, he set the American record in
the half marathon with a 59:17 in Houston and later broke the American marathon
record with a 2:04:43 performance in Chicago, cementing his place among the fastest
Americans in history.

Keira-Profile.png

Kiera D'Amato

Keira D'Amato is one of the most accomplished American distance runners of her era. A
four-time All-American at American University from 2002 to 2006, she earned 11 Patriot

professional running in 2009 due to injury.

After returning to competition in 2016, D’Amato steadily rose through the marathon
ranks, qualifying for the 2020 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials and establishing herself as
one of the top American distance runners.

In 2022, she broke the long-standing American women’s marathon record with a
2:19:12 performance at the Houston Marathon. That same year, she represented the
United States at the World Athletics Championships, finishing 8th in her first global
